Rates: $150 per 50 minute session (no shows, not cancelled within 24 hours are charged the full rate)

HSA and FSA payments are accepted.

Insurance: I am in-network for Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance.

Before scheduling with an out-of-network provider, I encourage you to first contact your insurance provider and ask the following questions:

• Does my health insurance plan include out of network mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it?
• Do I need preauthorization to be reimbursed for out of network mental health services? If so, what is the process for obtaining preauthorization?
